How often do I need to visit the dentist?
We recommend attending checkups at our Arlington, TX dental office at least two times each year in order to maintain the optimal level of oral health by preventing common dental concerns and diagnosing and treating others in their earliest stages.
What is periodontal disease?
Periodontal disease is often referred to simply as gum disease. It occurs when patients experience irritation, inflammation or dental infection in the supportive tissues around teeth. When this is left untreated, the result can be tissue recession and tooth loss. We offer a variety of periodontal therapies to renew oral health following gum disease.
Can you place a crown in a single visit?
At Dr. Gray’s Arlington, TX dental office, we are proud to offer same day dental crowns and other advanced restorations using the CEREC computer assisted design and manufacture system. No more visiting our office two or more times to complete your restorations. You simply come in with a damaged tooth and leave with a flawless smile in just one visit.
Why should I visit the dentist for sleep apnea therapy?
If you’ve recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea but you find yourself unable to adjust to CPAP therapy, travel frequently by plane, or are otherwise not satisfied with traditional sleep apnea treatment methods, a custom crafted oral appliance from our office may offer a viable alternative.
Can I straighten my teeth without braces?
Dr. Gray offers orthodontic treatment using the Invisalign orthodontic system. Rather than traditional brackets and wires, Invisalign straightens smiles using a series clear, plastic alignment trays.
